🎨 We’re Hiring: Intern Creative Content Specialist (Bali)
AITIMEDIA is a Jakarta & Bali–based digital marketing agency helping brands grow through smart, integrated marketing solutions. We’re expanding fast and looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-loving Intern Content Creator to join our Jakarta and Bali team 🚀
✨ What You’ll Do
- Plan and run fun & impactful campaigns with our team (food, beauty, retail)
- Work closely with internal teams to create awesome content
- Research campaign ideas, trends, and write engaging content
- Coordinate with clients & teams to manage timelines and deliverables
- Create content briefs and initial creative drafts
- Monitor, optimize, and improve content performance
- Handle product samples and join team visits when needed
- Edit content for clients (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Pitch creative ideas for Instagram Reels & TikTok to team
- Stay updated with the latest IG & TikTok trends, music, and formats
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 1 year experience in marketing, campaign planning, or community handling
- Confidently appear in front of camera and making content
- Used to make content and posting on Tiktok and IG
- Can juggle multiple projects without losing your cool 😎
- Creative thinker with strong execution skills
- Great communication & problem-solving skills
- Good at administration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid agency environment
- Up-to-date with digital trends & influencer culture
