Responsibilitities
- Distribute tasks to freelance validators.
- Monitor validation progress and follow up on pending tasks.
- Review and check validation results.
- Support urgent requests from clients, crisis projects, marketing teams, or trial projects.
- Report issues and pending tasks during handover.
- Escalate cases that require guideline clarification or priority decisions.
Qualifications
- SMK student (internship requirement), university student, or fresh graduate.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and responsive.
- Familiar with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in organizations, committees, administration, or coordination activities is a plus.
