Position : Full - Time Intern
Location : Hybrid - South Jakarta
Reports To : Affiliate team and E-commerce Manager
We are Hiboo Baby, a rapidly growing Indonesian direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand specializes in skincare products for moms and babies. Founded in 2023 and inspired by Japanese skincare, we focus on gentle, minimalist products that are safe for sensitive skin. Hiboo’s products are designed to gently heal and nourish, without the need for prescription-based ingredients.
Some of our popular products include:
- All Purpose Baby Balm - helps with diaper rash, eczema, and dry skin.
- Zzz Baby Cream - helps babies sleep better.
- Mochi Skin Serum - keeps skin soft and healthy for moms and babies.
- Temoo Hap Hap - a children's supplement made from honey-based herbal syrup to support children's health and development.
From our humble beginnings as a bootstrapped startup, we’ve quickly established ourselves as a key player in the Indonesian mom and baby care market. About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Affiliate Intern to support our affiliate marketing Team. If you're an outgoing person with a talent for communication and great at Excel, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll help build relationships with affiliate partners, manage performance data, and contribute to our growth by bringing creative ideas to the table. Real-world experience in affiliate marketing and performance analysis, networking with industry professionals and affiliate partners and skills to boost your future career.
Resposibilities:
- Assist in onboarding and communicating with affiliate partners
- Maintain and update affiliate contact and performance databases using Excel
- Research and source potential affiliates, especially from marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Build and maintain a clean, up-to-date affiliate master database.
- Reach out to prospects and invite them to join Hiboo Baby’s affiliate program via a more personalized outreach
- Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance and commissions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness
- Provide support to affiliates and answer their inquiries in a timely, friendly manner
- Help brainstorm new affiliate strategies and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from any major (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields are a plus)
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas)
- Friendly, extroverted, and confident communicator
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Eager to learn and grow in digital marketing
- Able to manage time and tasks independently
