Deskripsi pekerjaan INTERIOR FIT-OUT PROJECT COORDINATOR (BOQ & SITE) Pt Quanta Land Indonesia
We are a newly established Interior Design & Build company under Quantaland Indonesia, specializing in interior design, fit-out, costing and project execution. As part of an established real estate and development group, we are building a dedicated team to grow our interior design and fit-out business.
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Interior Fit-Out Project Coordinator (BOQ & Site) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BOQ preparation, project costing, quantity take-off and interior fit-out site coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed BOQ and project cost estimates
- Perform quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist in material sourcing and cost comparison
- Monitor project budget vs. actual costs
- Prepare and track costing for variation/additional works
- Conduct site measurements and verify actual conditions
- Coordinate daily interior fit-out works with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor site progress, workmanship and quality
- Ensure site works comply with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate interior, architectural and basic MEP works
- Follow up material orders, deliveries and installation schedules
- Identify site issues and coordinate practical solutions
- Prepare regular project progress and cost reports
- Coordinate closely with the Interior Designer, Architect, Project Manager and Cost & Contract team
- Assist with project handover, snagging and rectification works
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation or design & build projects
- Strong BOQ preparation and costing experience is essential
- Good knowledge of interior materials, specifications and construction methods
- Good understanding of carpentry/joinery, ceiling, partition, flooring, painting and finishing works
- Able to read and understand architectural, interior and shop drawings
- Able to conduct accurate site measurements and quantity take-offs
- Experience dealing with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Good understanding of variation works and project cost control
- Basic knowledge of MEP coordination
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for BOQ and costing
- AutoCAD knowledge is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills
- Good working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
- Willing to work between the office and project sites
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially aware and site-oriented.
You should be comfortable moving between drawings, BOQ/costing and actual site execution, and be able to identify problems, coordinate solutions and follow through until completion.
This is not a purely design or office-based position. Practical interior fit-out site experience is essential.
