* Develop creative interior design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects.
* Create mood boards, space planning, design presentations, and material selections.
* Produce high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and technical drawings.
* Prepare complete construction drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project.
* Conduct site surveys, site visits, and supervise project execution to ensure design quality.
* Stay updated with luxury interior design trends, materials, and innovations.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior design.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds MAX, Adobe Photoshop, and V-Ray.
* Experience with Corona Renderer is highly preferred
* Strong technical drawing skills and understanding of construction details, materials, and custom joinery.
* Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail and space planning.
* Able to communicate well and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
* Good English proficiency and a strong interior design portfolio are a plus.
