1. Menerapkan pengetahuan tentang perabotan furniture, baik furniture custom dan lighting, finishing, pemilihan material, pemilihan warna, dan spesifikasi desain interior. 

2. Memimpin serta memanage seluruh proses desain, mulai dari pengembangan konsep hingga penyelesaian proyek, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal, anggaran, dan standar kualitas yang telah ditetapkan oleh Perusahaan. 

3. Bekerja sama dengan klien untuk memahami kebutuhan, tujuan, dan preferensi desain mereka, dan menerjemahkannya menjadi desain interior yang diinginkan. 

4. Mengembangkan dan menyajikan proposal desain, visualisasi 2D dan 3D, mood board, sampel material, dan furniture, agar efektif dalam mengkomunikasikan konsep desain kepada klien dan Perusahaan. 

5. Memonitor dan membimbing tim desainer interior, memberikan panduan, feedback, dan support sepanjang proses desain. 

6. Berkoordinasi dan bekerjasama dengan arsitek, insinyur, kontraktor, dan pihak-pihak lainnya yang terlibat untuk memastikan integrasi yang terpadu antara elemen desain interior dengan proyek secara keseluruhan. 

7. Melakukan site-visit proyek untuk menilai kelayakan proyek, melakukan pengukuran yang akurat, dan mengevaluasi kondisi yang ada untuk menginformasikan keputusan desain. 

8. Mencari dan mengumpulkan bahan, penyelesaian, furniture, dan perlengkapan yang sejalan dengan konsep desain, anggaran, dan persyaratan klien. 

9. Menyiapkan gambar konstruksi terperinci, spesifikasi, dan dokumentasi untuk penawaran dan tujuan konstruksi, memastikan kepatuhan dengan kode, regulasi, dan standar industri yang relevan. 

10. Mengikuti perkembangan terkini tentang tren desain, teknologi terbaru, dan manajemen proyek, dan menerapkannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan inovasi desain di dalam tim.
