INTERIOR DESIGN TECHNICAL DRAWINGS MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Design Technical Drawings Manager to lead our drawing production team at our Jakarta office.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Language & Global Standards: Fluency in English with strong competency in international project workflows and common industry practices.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design drafting.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor the drafting team.
- Communication Bridge: Facilitate seamless communication between Project Designers and Draftsmen.
- Planning & Timeline: Strategize production, set timelines, and manage comment-revision cycles.
- Quality Control & Standards: Enforce drawing standards and maintain strict quality control across all outputs.
- Technical Problem Solving: Propose effective technical solutions as needed.
- Submission Management: Oversee drawing publishing and final submissions to Project Designers.
