WAJIB BISA HADIR INTERVIEW OFFLINE di Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara. TIDAK ADA interview online.
- Male/Female 23-35 years old
Responsibilities :
- Handling client projects (meet and discuss regarding project scope and time schedule)
- Create design concept and space planing
- Preparing preliminary plans for initial meeting
- To prepare detailed scale drawings upon approval of preliminary drawings
- Responsible for all and any other tasks related to project work to perform and produce a well thought design.
Requirements :
- Has minimum experience of 1 year in interior design or any related field
- Graduate S1 Architecture/S1 Interior Designer
- Good skill in Bahasa Indonesia & English communication & correspondences
- Passionate and Strong conceptual in design thinking, sense or art, and good in space planning,
- Familiar with Ms. Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Familiar with AutoCAD 2D & SKETCHUP 3D and rendering software (3Dmax (Vray/Corona) Atau Sketchup Vray, Photoshop & Lumion)
- Have good ability to create modern and creative design concepts
- Can create high quality 3D Previews
- Initiative, responsible and has great motivation to complete the work
- Preparing concepts, field measurements, space planning, preparing samples and mood boards
- To produce shop drawing, rendering image (if required) to follow up and to record project progress
- Great furniture detailing and material knowledge is an advantage
- Able to work under tight schedule and overtime.
- Having good communication skill, able to work in a team, good personality and attitude.
- Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk
