Unreal Management is looking for a Interior Architect & Project Manager

Unreal Management is an integrated property group that develops and manages digital nomad hotels, active surf camps, and backpacker hostels in Lombok and Bali. We have 3 property brands (Dream CoWork Hotels, Indonesia Backpacker Hostels, LoTide Surf Camps) and are looking to add 2 more property brands before the end of 2027.

We are looking for an interior designer to assist our Operations Manager in the design, costing, execution of our new hotels, hostels, and villa projects across Indonesia as well as in the renovation and refurbishments of our existing properties. The job is based in Kuta Lombok.

Key Responsibilities

Draw floor plans, layouts, 3D models, Render using design software such as AutoCad, SketchUp, Revit, AI, etc.

Create mood boards with color schemes, fabric samples, and materials.

Estimate project costs and set realistic timelines.

Work with contractors, vendors, and architects to execute the design.

Source and buy furniture, lighting, flooring, and decor.

Visit job sites to check work progress and quality.

Requirements

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

Strong portfolio showing past design work.

Willing to do side quests in hotel operations and business development.

Willing to work in Kuta Lombok.
