Integration & Automation Senior Engineer

Job Desc :

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect various internal systems, including the company’s ERP.
• Identify and automate key business processes using other emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct technical research and feasibility studies to evaluate new technologies and assess their potential for adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver tailored integration and automation solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concept and pilot projects to validate the effectiveness of new technologies.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including integration architecture, design specifications, and workflow diagrams.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of integration and automation solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and assist in developing best practices and standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Automation technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolution and support.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in integration engineering, automation, or related roles, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in integration technologies and tools (e.g., APIs, middleware, ETL tools) and automation platforms (e.g., OpenRPA, UIPath, Zoho RPA).
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, .Net, JavaScript) and scripting for automation. .Net preferred
• Familiarity with data integration, and real-time data processing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex, multi-system environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
