INTEGRATED STRATEGIC PLANNER & PITCH ARCHITECT
We are looking for an Integrated Strategic Planner & Pitch Architect who will be responsible for developing structured and persuasive pitch decks and event proposals.
This role involves translating client briefs and business objectives into clear strategies and professional presentation materials. The ideal candidate should be able to build logical, engaging, and well-organized presentation flows that align with client needs.
You will manage the presentation development process from initial concept through final delivery on D-Day, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high-quality standards throughout.
FOKUS TARGET as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Lenovo, Grab, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years. We are also able to pivot our business during a pandemic and grow even stronger by keeping adding teams and launching new services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES,
1. High-End Pitch Deck Mastery (The Blueprint)
- The Narrative Structure: Lead the development of the presentation storyboard of the deck. You define the flow of information to ensure the client is hooked from "The Insight" to "The Budget."
- Visual Art Direction: Oversee the overall visual direction of presentations You have the final say on the Aesthetic Logic. Including layout structure, typography selection, color palettes, that evoke the right emotion, and a layout that feels "Premium" and clean.
- Source & Curation: Conduct research and curate best-practice visual references, 3D mockups, and "Best-in-Class" visual examples that fit the project’s DNA.
2. Collaborative Strategy (The Bridge)
- With the Project Owner: Collaborate closely with the Project Owner to translate business objectives into clear creative strategies (creative vision), ensuring proposals align with client goals and strategically answers the client's ROI.
- With the Creative Team: Act as the "Strategy Hub." You brief the designers on the moodboard and specific visual needs, ensuring all design outputs align with the overall presentation narrative and layout (renders, logos, animations).
3. Event Experience Concept Thinking
The core function extends beyond merely defining 'What' is to be done, encompassing a deep understanding of 'Who' is involved, 'Where' actions will take place, 'Why' they are necessary, and 'How' they will be executed.
- Opening Acts: Develop opening concept ideas, including lighting, audio, and visual elements, to create a strong first impression and impactful event experience.
- Gamification & Tech: Develop interactive concepts using technology (e.g., RFID systems, interactive installations, digital mechanics) to enhance attendee engagement.
- Event Flow: Map out the "User Journey" on-site, ensuring seamless transitions between segments.
- Strategic Merchandise: Concepting merchandise that people actually want to use—turning "swag" into a brand statement.
4. Integrated Digital Marketing
- Omnichannel Teasers: Develop integrated pre-event digital strategies, designing the digital "Breadcrumbs" (Social media, landing pages) that build hype and drive registrations
QUALIFICATIONS,
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in strategic planning, event marketing, or pitch development.
- Strong presentation development skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides. (Knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools is a plus.)
- Excellent visual sense with strong attention to layout, alignment, white space, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
