1. Lead and develop integrated marketing strategies, programs, and activities to drive business results
2. Architect and execute go-to-market strategies for new products/features • Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns to generate high market impact
3. Lead product launch planning and message creation by working with key stakeholders including outside agencies as needed
4. Lead the development of customer-facing materials and provide sales channel with relevant tools
5. Analyze integrated marketing performance, measure & communicate results and drive continuous improvement
6. Understand and articulate the key brand message for product lines
7. Serve as company brand steward by planning and executing strategies designed to strengthen company brand position and increase sales of products and services
8. Lead the effort to gather segment-specific market intelligence on products, customers, or competitors
9. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in line with product management objectives
10. Steer and coordinate the execution of cross-functional projects involving Product Management, Global Education, and Digital Customer Experience teams, as appropriate
11. Foster collaborative, integrated working relationships across key stakeholders to jointly achieve business strategy and growth
12. Lead the strategic planning process, developing Integrated Marketing strategies, and priorities
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
2. 8 years of marketing experience
3. Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Experience in B2C marketing of a technical product portfolio a plus
