Integrated Marketing Coordinator
Are you an experienced Plan, develop, and execute our client’s Integrated Marketing Campaign offline and virtual event that considers yourself as a confident, organized, and creative in delivering outstanding task and able to work with the team and want to have a new place to continuously grow your career and capabilities?
Fokus Target as a modern demand generation and digital agency that is already recognized by Top companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Lenovo, Grab, Cisco, SAP, Tech Data, NetApp, etc is growing rapidly from 3 employees to 60 employees in less than 3 years. We are also able to pivot our business during a pandemic and grow even stronger by keeping adding teams and launching new services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Campaign, Event, or Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies
• Experienced in handling marketing campaigns, branding activities, and promotional events
• Experienced in running and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (B2B/B2C).
• Familiar with social media platforms, digital ads, and marketing analytics tools
• Able to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients effectively
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva or design tools is a plus
Preferred Skill :
• Experience in event coordination and campaign execution
• Understanding of KPI tracking and campaign performance analysis
• Creative mindset with strong initiative and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
