Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for a Training & Performance Instructor. The Training & Performance Instructor will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing instructional materials, conducting performance assessments, and providing continuous support to improve skills and knowledge particulary in hospitality and other related area. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and collaborating with other departments to identify training needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor degree in hotel or tourism or have relevant experience
• Freshgraduate with 1-2 years of experienced are welcome to apply
• Proficient in english with min EPT score of 600 will be a plus.
• Possessed trainer license will be a plus
• Passionate in teaching and education
• Experience in training or aviation will be a plus
