We are looking for
Mat Pilates, Yoga, & Professional Movement Instructor
MAT PILATES
- Beginner to advanced Mat Pilates classes
- Focus on core strength, mobility, and alignment
- Safe and effective programming
YOGA
- Hatha / Vinyasa /Restorative flow
- Mindful movement and breath
- Create calming and inclusive classes
PROFESSIONAL MOVEMENT
- Functional movement and mobility
- Corrective exercise
- Movement quality and body awareness
QUALIFICATIONS
- Mat Pilates certification
- Yoga certification (200HR minimum)
- Professional Movement certification (e.g. Functional Training, Corrective Exercise, Mobility, etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
- Strong understanding of anatomy & biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, proactive, and reliable
- Passionate about Pilates, yoga, rehab, and helping others
