Key Responsibilities
- Lead Mat & Reformer Pilates classes in alignment with KOR methodology.
- Deliver clear, precise, and intentional cueing while providing individualized corrections in group settings.
- Adapt class intensity based on client needs in strength, control, breath, and awareness while maintaining class flow.
- Build strong, genuine relationships with clients and contribute to client retention and overall studio growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates (Polestar, Balanced Body, BASI, STOTT, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in group classes (min. 6 reformers) and/or private/semi-private sessions.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, alignment, movement patterns, and safe cueing.
- Growth-oriented, collaborative, punctual, professional, and community-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bonus: Additional certifications in pre/post-natal, injury rehabilitation, scoliosis, or strength & conditioning.
