Predmet Furniture located at Badung, Bali is looking for Installation Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise installation projects from start to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within quality standards, and according to the approved budget.
- Understand technical aspects of installation work and provide effective on-site solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and related parties involved in the project.
- Act as the main liaison with clients for communication, negotiation, and project dealing processes.
- Ensure client needs and expectations are properly fulfilled.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
- Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with company standards and workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Installation Supervisor.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and installation systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet project targets.
- Good leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Willing to travel for project visits when required.
- Minimum intermediate level of English proficiency.
Additional Advantages:
- Experience handling interior, furniture, or building installation projects.
