Installation Project Manager

Predmet Furniture located at Badung, Bali is looking for Installation Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise installation projects from start to completion.
2. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within quality standards, and according to the approved budget.
3. Understand technical aspects of installation work and provide effective on-site solutions.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and related parties involved in the project.
5. Act as the main liaison with clients for communication, negotiation, and project dealing processes.
6. Ensure client needs and expectations are properly fulfilled.
7. Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
8. Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with company standards and workplace safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Installation Supervisor.
3. Able to read and understand technical drawings and installation systems.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work under pressure and meet project targets.
6. Good leadership and team coordination abilities.
7. Willing to travel for project visits when required.
8. Minimum intermediate level of English proficiency.

Additional Advantages:

1. Experience handling interior, furniture, or building installation projects.
2. Familiar with project management software and technical drawing software.
