Deskripsi pekerjaan InsightMe Operations Ibunda.id
Responsibilities:
1. Product Development
- Write, review, edit, and update programs for Insight Me, including webinars, community events, online classes, and workshops.
2. Research and Analysis
- Conduct research and interviews to understand current trends, developments, and perceptions related to the subject matter, and contextualize the findings.
3. Topic Identification
- Identify and develop relevant topics for Insight Me programs such as webinars and online classes.
4. User Engagement Strategies
- Develop strategies to manage and retain users of Insight Me, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
5. Product Knowledge
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Insight Me’s business products and value propositions to effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
6. Stakeholder Negotiation
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, company management, associates/partners, speakers, and private/public organizations related to Insight Me.
7. Business Analysis
- Coordinate with the Lead of InsightMe Operations to identify and map business strengths and customer needs within the scope of Insight Me
8. Opportunity Research
- Work with the Lead of InsightMe Operations to research and identify business opportunities and viable income streams for Insight Me.
Qualifactions:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Proven experience in project management or a related field, including developing program for webinars, community events, online classes, and workshops.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to contextualize findings and develop strategies for user engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using project management tools and familiar with online learning platforms and community management tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Currently, Ibunda.id has been used by 1 M++ users from all around Indonesia with a daily average of 350 - 450 users doing Online Consultation with our Peer Support and Our Mental Health Practitioners such as Psychologist and Psychiatrist.
