Deskripsi pekerjaan Information Technology (IT) Staff PT Lead Geeks Indonesia
An IT Staff is responsible for supporting web/system development, technical support, workflow automation, and daily IT operational activities within the company. He/she will assist in web/systems development, provide technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and the use of AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites and systems.
- Manage and maintain website hosting, domains, and CMS platforms.
- Provide technical support and assist in resolving IT-related issues.
- Help manage company IT systems, infrastructure, and daily IT operations.
- Responsible for maintaining IT security practices and data protection initiatives.
- Lead AI tools and AI-assisted development platforms to improve productivity, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
- Create and utilize effective prompts for AI-assisted workflows, operational tasks, and technical activities.
- Create automation and integration tasks using available tools or technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology adoption across business operations.
- Support the IT Manager in technology initiatives, process improvements, and operational projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to support technical and operational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in web/systems development, technical support, automation, or related fields.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming concepts and web technologies.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with cybersecurity concepts, data protection, and IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, API integrations, or system integrations.
- Experience in prompt engineering, AI-assisted development tools and/or AI productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Google Antigravity, or similar tools).
- Highly interested in learning new technologies and systems.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking skills, and idea Generation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Note:
Willing and able to travel within Salatiga for department-related tasks.
