Content Creator – TikTok GO | Experienced Hire

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Creator with a strong background in TikTok content creation, video editing, and TikTok performance analysis. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and understands how to create engaging content for TikTok GO / Local Life, particularly content related to local merchants, places, products, and experiences.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Content Creator, TikTok Creator, Social Media Specialist, Influencer, or similar role.
2. Strong experience creating short-form TikTok content, especially for local businesses, merchants, restaurants, lifestyle, or places.
3. Good understanding of TikTok GO / Local Life content and how content can drive attention, engagement, visits, and transactions.
4. Able to analyze TikTok content performance, including views, engagement, retention, traffic, and other relevant metrics.
5. Able to identify trends and develop content ideas based on TikTok trends and audience behavior.
6. Proficient in video editing, preferably using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
7. Able to create content that meets TikTok content standards, including relevant visuals, clear presentation, originality, and appropriate merchant/POI tagging.
8. Understands the importance of creating content that is genuinely related to the featured merchant, product, or location.
9. Confident in front of the camera and able to participate in video shoots when required

Responsibilities:

1. Create engaging and high-quality TikTok GO / Local Life content featuring merchants, products, restaurants, and local places.
2. Produce short-form videos from concept development, shooting, and editing to final publication.
3. Ensure content accurately represents the featured merchant, product, and POI/location.
4. Analyze TikTok performance and provide insights to improve content quality, engagement, and traffic.
5. Monitor TikTok trends and adapt them into relevant content ideas for merchants and local businesses.
6. Edit videos and ensure strong visual presentation, storytelling, and audience engagement
7. Continuously evaluate content performance and improve future content based on data and audience response.
