The Industrial Sales Specialist at FOTEC is responsible for driving sales within the industrial bakery machinery sector. This role involves identifying potential clients, demonstrating our products' capabilities, and negotiating contracts. You will also be required to maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with diverse clients, from large-scale food manufacturers to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Your ability to communicate effectively and manage customer relationships will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will play a key part in developing sales strategies and managing accounts to maximize revenue and market share.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have between five to ten years of experience in sales. Key skills required include customer service, customer engagement, sales strategy, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, B2C and B2B sales, communication skills, and sales management.
