Job Description
- Support daily Industrial Relations (IR) operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Handle industrial relations administration, including warning letters, investigation reports, and employment-related documents.
- Assist in managing employee disciplinary actions, grievances, and labor disputes in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
- Support internal investigations related to misconduct, disciplinary violations, and employee relations issues.
- Support IR-related projects and continuous improvement programs across outlets and support functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, or Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, disciplinary processes, termination procedures, BPJS, and labor compliance.
- Experience handling employee relations issues and disciplinary cases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution,detail-oriented, multitasking, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel to outlets, warehouses, or central kitchen locations when required.
