Job Description:
- Assist in the creation Utility Maintenance Audit Checklist
- Procure and source potential vendors for utility maintenance, such as: Tukang Cat, Tukang Talang, Tukang Bangunan.
- Conduct planned Facility Audit for its Stock and Quality
- Assist in controlling the daily operations of Office Boy & Security
- Control the implementing of HSE system in the company
Project you will be involved in:
- Implementation of asset management software
- Implementation of asset maintenance checklist workflow software
- Creation and implementation of facility audit & control standardization
- Assist Security Facility Audit & Standards Framework
- Assist in the implementation of waste management system
Training & Development:
We will assimilate you to our department by providing on-the-job training based on the task given to you. For every project you will be involved in, there will be an in-class training conducted by your supervisor to prepare you for those projects.
Apart from the mentioned training you will be provided, mostly will be given on a short day-to-day mentoring during your floor visit and in-between tasks.
