Deskripsi pekerjaan Industrial Relation Specialist (HR/IR) PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day industrial relations activities, including employee relations and labor union matters.
- Maintain communication and coordination with Labor Union representatives to support a harmonious working environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Support the preparation and implementation of collective agreements, company regulations, and other industrial relations matters.
- Monitor industrial relations issues and provide reports and recommendations to HR management.
- Support the negotiation, preparation, implementation, and renewal of the PKB (Collective Labor Agreement) with Labor Union representatives.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Hands-on experience in handling Labor Union (Serikat Pekerja) and employee relations matters.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices.
- Candidate should be able to communicate using English both spoken and written.
- Experience in supporting or handling PKB (Collective Labor Agreement) preparation, negotiation, implementation, or renewal.
- Willing to work in Jepara - Central Java.
