Industrial Project Manager

To meet the growing execution needs of the company's EPC projects in Indonesia, we are now applying for the recruitment of a Local Project Manager in Indonesia. This position will be responsible for overall project execution management, including project planning, on-site coordination, schedule control, cost control, quality, safety, communication and coordination between owners and subcontractors, as well as project delivery, to enhance the company's Localization project management capabilities and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the whole process management of EPC project, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion delivery.

2. Develop and implement the overall project schedule to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.

3. Be responsible for project cost, quality, safety (HSE) and risk control to achieve project business objectives.

4. Organize and coordinate the work among owners, supervisors, design units, subcontractors and suppliers.

5. Be responsible for the construction site management and solve all kinds of problems in time during the implementation of the project.

6. Responsible for project contract execution and change management, controlling project costs and contract risks.

7. Responsible for project procurement, logistics and material arrival coordination to ensure construction progress.

8. Organize the project meeting, track the key nodes of the project and report the progress of the project to the company.

9. Responsible for project team management, reasonable allocation of work tasks, and improvement of team execution efficiency.

10. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with owners, government authorities, and other relevant parties.

11. Organize the project completion acceptance, data transfer and project settlement.

12. Complete other project management tasks arranged by the company.
