Eltama Prima Indo, we're inviting passionate and driven individuals to be part of our on-site project team — where you'll gain first-hand experience in managing industrial projects like sandblasting painting and floor coating.
Who We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduates in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- A good communicator, comfortable working in teams and on-site environments.
- Ready to take on challenges and work with tight deadlines.
- Confident with numbers, and familiar with tools like Google Sheets / Excel is a big plus.
- Bonus points if you have a strong leadership skill.
What You'll Do:
- Be on-site to assist in monitoring sandblasting painting & Floorcoating Project execution from start to finish.
- Help with budget and payroll submissions for the field team.
- Collaborate with supervisors to create weekly progress reports.
- Assist in managing reports of equipment and material usage during the project.
