Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior proactive and enthusiastic Technical Pattern Maker to join our team. This is a technical, production-focused role. The role focuses on pattern accuracy, fit consistency, manufacturability, production readiness and consumption efficiency, working closely with sampling, production, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Pattern Development
· Translate design inputs into technically correct patterns and digitalize the patterns for bulk in-house manufacturing.
· Adjust, and validate production-ready patterns based on approved designs.
· Ensure accurate fit, balance, and grading across size ranges considering the demi-couture characters of the styles.
· Optimize patterns for production efficiency and fabric behavior while maintaining high end standards.
· Understand finishing techniques.
Sampling & Fit Control
· Support proto and SMS samples stages with precise pattern corrections.
· Analyze issues and implement solutions.
· Work closely with draft sample makers to ensure patterns are executed correctly.
Production Support
· Finalize patterns for bulk production and ensure consistency between samples and production output.
· Troubleshoot pattern-related issues during manufacturing.
· Ensure patterns meet quality, construction, and repeatability requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Design & Atelier, Industrialization, and Production teams.
· Provide technical feedback when design intent impacts production feasibility.
· Maintain structured documentation of pattern revisions and approvals.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
· Minimum 5 years of experiences as a Pattern Maker specialized in luxury apparels for high end market women and men styles.
· Proven experience in industrial pattern making for garment production with ability to handle complex constructions.
· Solid understanding of fit, grading, construction techniques, and fabric behavior.
Technical Tools
· Proficient in manual pattern making and/or CAD systems (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or similar).
· Able to interpret technical drawings, measurement charts, and tech packs.

· Highly detail-oriented and structured.
· Production-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
· Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
· Able to work independently and manage multiple styles simultaneously.
