WE ARE HIRING: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE) STAFF
✨ Key Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Garment Engineering, Fashion Design, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineering (IE) Staff or similar position in the garment manufacturing industry
- Fresh graduates with a strong understanding of Industrial Engineering principles are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of Time Study, Motion Study, Standard Allowed Minute (SAM), Line Balancing, and Productivity Analysis
- Able to read and interpret Tech Packs and Operation Breakdown
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and productivity reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willing to conduct regular production floor observations and shop floor activities.
🔍 Job Summary
- Conduct Time Study and Motion Study to analyze work methods and improve production efficiency
- Assist in calculating and validating Standard Allowed Minute (SAM) for new product styles based on production observations and GSD data
- Monitor operator productivity, hourly output, and line efficiency to support production performance improvement
- Identify production bottlenecks and provide recommendations for process optimization and line balancing
- Collect and analyze production data, including rework, downtime, and process deviations, to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in preparing Operation Breakdown, workflow documentation, and visual work instructions to standardize production processes
- Participate in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and 5S programs
- Prepare daily and periodic Industrial Engineering reports for performance evaluation and decision-making
