Perform operation breakdown and calculate the SAM/SMV (Standard Allowed Minute / Standard Minute Value) for every new garment style
Conduct line balancing to ensure a smooth production flow, prevent bottlenecks, and optimize manpower allocation
Estimate production capacity, targets, and lead time for upcoming orders
Conduct regular Time and Motion Studies on the production floor to analyze and improve operator performance
Track and monitor hourly/daily line efficiency and individual operator performance against the set targets
Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly efficiency reports for the management team
Placement in Semarang or Batang
