Deskripsi pekerjaan Industrial Engineering Staff (IE) PT. Jiale Indonesia Textile
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization in the production lines.
- Develop and implement SOP, conduct time studies, and monitor production performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and PPIC/Planning teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve production targets.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Teknik Industri).
- Have 1 year experienced as Industrial Engineering
- Good command of basic English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of basic Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and data analysis tools.
- Willing to work in the factory area and work overtime.
- Willing to work in Jepara, Central Java (we prefer candidates from Jepara, Demak, Kudus or surrounding areas).
