Requirements:
Possess knowledge or expertise in managing continuous improvement initiatives or implementing Lean Systems in a manufacturing environment.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Manager or Assistant Manager level).
Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
Have prior experience in the garment industry.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a solid digital mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Lean system.
Oversee, analyze, and evaluate garment operational processes as well as supporting functions.
Standardize work areas to improve production performance.
Collaborate with the Production team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage the layout of production and supporting areas.
