Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, and cost.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies.
Conduct work measurement studies, including cycle time and standard time analysis.
Monitor and analyze productivity, efficiency, and operational performance metrics.
Support production planning through capacity analysis and resource optimization.
Develop and maintain process flow maps and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Prepare operational reports and present insights to management.
Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, QA, and Planning teams to implement improvements.
Utilize ERP systems to analyze production, inventory, and planning data.
Apply AI tools to support data analysis and reporting activities (non-programming).
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is mandatory.

Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis).
