About the role
PT Jiale IndonesiaTextile is a part of KORRUN GROUP is seeking a talented Industrial Engineer Staff to join our dynamic team in Majalaya, Bandung, West Java. As an Industrial Engineer Staff, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing processes and improving operational efficiency. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic goals of our organisation and make a tangible impact on our success.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse and improve production processes, workflows, and layouts to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Develop and implement efficient material handling systems and inventory control strategies
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment
- Participate in the development of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure operational effectiveness
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations through the identification and implementation of innovative solutions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Involvement experience in Kaizen, implementing Lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in English is essential for this role
- Detail-oriented and outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning and professional development
- Capable of collaborative teamwork and adept at communicating with stakeholders across function
- Willing to be placed in Bandung - West Java.
