Deskripsi pekerjaan Industrial & Employee Relations – Mandarin Speaker PT. HORIZON CONSTRUCTION INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee and industrial relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations and company policies.
- Support labor union/employee representative relations and workforce issues.
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Legal on employee-related matters.
- Prepare HR/IR reports and documents in Mandarin, Indonesian, or English.
