Indoor Farm Manager

PT Agro Putra Pratama is looking for an experienced and hands-on Indoor Farm Manager to lead our Indoor Vertical Farm operations in West Jakarta.

We’re looking for a professional who brings strong expertise in modern agriculture, hydroponic cultivation, controlled-environment farming, and farm operations management—with strawberry cultivation experience as a strong advantage.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Horticulture, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in vertical farming or greenhouse operations
• Strong experience in hydroponic cultivation
• Experience in strawberry cultivation is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing cultivation/production teams
• Experience in contamination control and quality assurance
• Strong data-driven decision-making and operational management skills
• Professional working proficiency in English and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
• Willing to work full-time on-site in West Jakarta
