Indonesian Language Teacher (BIPA) – Adult Learners
We are seeking a passionate, professional, and engaging Indonesian Language Teacher with experience in BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing / Indonesian for Foreign Speakers) to teach and train adult learners from diverse international backgrounds.
This position is ideal for educators who are enthusiastic about language teaching, cross-cultural communication, and helping expatriates, professionals, and international learners develop practical Indonesian language skills for daily life, work, and social interaction.

Indonesian Language Teacher (BIPA) – Adult Learners
Responsibilities
Teach Bahasa Indonesia to adult foreign learners from beginner to advanced levels.
Deliver interactive, communicative, and engaging lessons tailored to adult learners.
Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments aligned with BIPA standards.
Support learners in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Incorporate Indonesian culture and real-life communication into lessons.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct both online and onsite classes when required.
Adapt teaching approaches to suit learners from different nationalities and backgrounds.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Indonesian Language, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
Experience teaching BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia for Foreign Speakers).
Experience teaching adults and professionals is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills.
Patient, enthusiastic, and culturally sensitive.
Able to create engaging and practical language-learning experiences.
Familiarity with international learners and multicultural environments is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
BIPA Certification or related teaching certification.
Experience teaching expatriates, diplomats, university students, or corporate clients.
Experience with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
