Indonesia Web3 Compliant Exchange Country Operation Head
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Head with strong Web3 industry knowledge, excellent execution capabilities, and hands-on local operations experience to lead operational strategy and execution for the Indonesia market.
This role will be responsible for building the user operations framework, managing the user lifecycle, overseeing campaign execution, and driving content and community operations. The primary objective is to improve user engagement, retention, and overall user value conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Framework Development
Build and optimize user operations, content operations, and campaign operations frameworks.
Establish standardized SOPs to reduce dependency on individuals and improve operational scalability.
Ensure all operational processes are structured, trackable, and auditable.
2. User Lifecycle Management
Drive user retention, engagement, and repeat transaction activities.
Develop membership programs and user incentive systems.
Collaborate closely with the Growth team to optimize the conversion funnel and user journey.
3. Cross-Functional Execution & Coordination
Coordinate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams.
Drive execution of key company initiatives and strategic projects.
Provide regular operational progress updates and reports to management.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in internet, fintech, financial services, or crypto industries, including at least 3 years in operations management roles.
- Prior experience in crypto exchanges or internet platform operations is highly preferred.
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation strategies.
- Proven experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Familiar with community operations across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, and other social channels.
- Strong execution capabilities with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating in Southeast Asian markets, especially Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of local user behavior, culture, and market trends.
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns or community growth initiatives.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a strong advantage.
