Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure incoming material inspections are carried out in accordance with company quality standards.
- Develop and implement accurate and timely daily inspection plans.
- Manage measuring and inspection tools to ensure their effectiveness.
- Maintain operational efficiency by ensuring material quality prior to production use.
- Fulfill incoming material quality assurance requirements, ensuring inspection work is carried out in an orderly manner and inspection plans are executed effectively.
- Ensure optimal factory operational efficiency by completing evaluations within the inspection cycle to achieve on-time T1 supply deliveries.
- Conduct quality control on incoming materials and ensure the effectiveness of inspection equipment management (e.g., measuring tools, inspection devices).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control or Process Engineering.
- Proficient in quality management tools (PSP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and VOP methodology.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Prior team management experience is a plus.
- Willing at work at Jababeka Cikarang
