A well-established villas and resorts management company in Bali, is looking for:
Income Audit & Account Receivable (Head Office)
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in hotel/villa finance. Income Audit or Account Receivable role preferred.
- Skills: Strong in numbers, detail, and accuracy.
- Accounting: Understand basic accounting and journal entries.
- Account Receivable & Ledger: Handle Guest Ledger, City Ledger, and follow up Account Receivable on time.
- Reporting: Good at Account Receivable aging, reconciliation, and tracking collections.
- System: Good in Excel. Experience with PMS and Xero is a plus.
- Attitude: Honest, trusted, good communication with guests, GM, and team.
- Work style: Fast learner, organized, can meet deadlines.
- Reporting: Submit income audit, account receivable, and reconciliation reports
