About the Role
Lead Voyago’s inbound business, from commercial strategy and international partnerships to seamless guest experiences and profitable operations.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the CEO of SHW Journey Group.
- Lead a team of 2 Travel Designers and 1 Sales & Operations Executive.
- Develop commercial strategy, pricing, and unit P&L.
- Drive B2B sales and partnerships with overseas tour operators.
- Lead supplier contracting, costing, and net-rate negotiations.
- Oversee operations and improve the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the inbound DMC / ground handling industry in Indonesia.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience in costing, pricing, and net-rate management.
- Established network with overseas tour operators or travel partners.
- Fluent and confident English, both spoken and written.
- Commercially minded, operationally sharp, and guest-experience driven.
- Based in Jakarta (preferred).
