Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented In-House Designer (Drafter) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing precise architectural and interior drawings, ensuring accuracy in technical detailing, and supporting the design team throughout various project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop and refine technical detailing for architectural and interior design projects.
- Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate concepts into technical documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
- Work within tight deadlines while ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure accurate implementation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural/interior drafting.
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work long hours when required to meet project deadlines.
