Deskripsi pekerjaan Import supervisor BAKING EMPIRE
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle end-to-end import processes, including shipment monitoring, customs clearance, and document management
-Coordinate with overseas suppliers, shipping companies, and freight forwarders
-Prepare and review import documentation such as PI, BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, and customs-related documents
-Ensure import activities comply with government regulations and company procedures
-Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any import-related issues
-Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams regarding incoming goods
-Maintain accurate import records and prepare periodic reports
-Monitor import costs and support efficiency improvements in import operations
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export or logistics operations
-Strong understanding of import regulations and customs procedures in Indonesia
-Experienced in handling shipping and import documentation
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written
-Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
-Detail-oriented and responsible
-Experience in food industry or agricultural products is an advantage
