Responsibility:
- Manage and oversee the purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-efficient procurement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to forecast future needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements in procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Generate reports on purchasing activities and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor
- Have work experience as purchasing staff minimum 1 years or fresh graduated (must to Maritime Transportation Management)
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding general import activities and processes, as well as HS codes and restricted goods (Lartas)
- Understanding supply chain procedures and knowing the ERP system
- Able to work in teams and able to work under pressure
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses negotiation skill
- Good communication in English & Mandarin speaking.
- Understand ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus (speak, written)
