Import Staff

PT Global Aluminium Asia is seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team as an Import Staff, playing a pivotal role in our Import & Export Trader operations. We are expanding our capabilities to meet growing market demands and are looking for individuals who share our commitment to efficiency and excellence in global trade. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processes of import and export activities, ensuring that all transactions are executed smoothly and in accordance with regulatory standards. Key duties include preparing and verifying import and export documents, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs authorities, and maintaining accurate records of international trade settlements. You will also be expected to monitor trade compliance requirements, facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external partners, and ensure that all shipments adhere to established timelines and quality standards.

We welcome applications from candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in the field. Ideal applicants will demonstrate proficiency in essential areas such as Trade Compliance, Import and Export Logistics, and International Trade Settlement, along with strong skills in handling Import and Export Declarations and related documentation. A collaborative spirit is highly valued, as we seek individuals who excel in Teamwork and have a solid understanding of Import and Export procedures, including the management of Export Documents and broader International Trade practices, to help us continue delivering reliable service to our clients.
