Job Requirements:
- Male, Max 30 years old
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Good Communication Skills
- Min. D3/Bachelor Degree
- Available for full time as soon as possible
- Excellent for Spoken English
- Knowledge of basic export and import procedures
- Must be domiciled in Surabaya
Job Descriptions:
- Communicating with customers (consignees), agents, and shipping lines regarding the shipping process and pricing offers.
- Informing the consignee about the schedule/arrival notice.
- Checking the documents with the consignee for manifest accuracy.
- Inputting consignee data into the customs manifest application.
- Checking the freetime with the shipping line.
- Monitoring vessel arrivals on the shipping line's website.
- Creating a jobsheet/billing details for the consignee
