Deskripsi pekerjaan Import specialist ( Mandarin Speaker ) PT. Mitra Sinar Kedumas
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written (HSK 4 equivalent or above)
- Understand impor processes is preferred
- Communicate and coordinate with China suppliers and overseas shipper bia email, phone or messaging (WeChat, etc) using Mandarin
- Manage import documents such as Invoice, Packing list, BL, COO, etc
- Follow up and monitor import shipment from start to completion
- Coordinate with operations team and related parties to custom clearance process
- Overcome obstacles related to the import process and negotiate prices or contracts with suppliers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers, especially in China
