Tanggung jawab
Responsible for customs declaration of import and export goods, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurately entered, and compliant with Indonesian customs regulations to mitigate risks.
Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and related parties to monitor clearance progress and ensure timely delivery and smooth supply-demand operations.
Organize and archive import-export documents, establish records/logs to meet customs inspection and internal management requirements.
Stay updated on Indonesian customs policies, improve operational procedures, optimize import-export processes, and control costs and risks.
Provide customs-related support to internal departments, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Complete other customs-related tasks assigned by supervisors, and assist the factory in customs inspections and audits
Kualifikasi
Education / Major Diploma degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs Administration, Business English, or related fields.
Professional Skills ：Capable of reviewing documentation; basic English reading skills for import-export documents; Chinese language ability is a plus.
1–3 years of relevant customs clearance experience in Indonesia; experience in factory or manufacturing import-export operations is preferred.
Experience handling complex customs clearance cases and customs inspections, with the ability to solve common issues independently.
Familiar with local freight forwarders and logistics resources in Indonesia, with established cooperation channels preferred.
Other Requirements Willing to work overtime and accept temporary assignments; able to handle urgent customs-related issues.
