Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in legal, compliance, licensing, or import-export regulation is an advantage
- Understanding of OSS, NIB, operational permits, and import-related regulations
- Familiar with import verification processes (e.g., LS, surveyor reports) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and document management skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents such as contracts and agreements
- Manage and monitor company licenses and permits (OSS, NIB, and operational licenses)
- Handle import-related compliance processes, including:
- Coordination for technical recommendations (Pertek) prior to import approval
- Monitoring import verification reports (LS, surveyor reports, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Support monitoring to prevent non-compliant or illegal goods entry and ensure smooth clearance process at ports
- Manage import quota utilization and reporting (e.g., SPI via INATRADE system)
- Maintain certification documents and company quality standards
- Provide legal advice to support operational and business decisions
- Conduct compliance monitoring, internal audits, and reporting
- Liaise with government institutions, regulators, notaries, and third parties
- Support internal training related to legal and compliance awareness
