Key Responsibility:
- Install, configure, implement, and maintain ERP systems and IoT Dashboard Monitoring solutions in production environments and client sites.
- Perform application testing and feature validation prior to release to ensure system stability and compliance with user requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, training materials, and testing reports.
- Conduct user training sessions and assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support and act as the main liaison between users and the development team for issue identification and escalation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a QA Engineer, IT Support, System Implementor, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in inventory management, warehouse operations, sales, and basic financial administration.
- Proficient in manual testing, test scenario creation, and UI/UX validation for web or mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and troubleshooting purposes; experience with IoT system integration is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong attention to detail.
