Deskripsi pekerjaan Implementation Consultant (HRIS / Software Implementation) PT. Sakura System Solutions
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant who will play a key role in delivering successful system implementations from initiation to go-live. This role requires not only technical capability but also a strong understanding of business processes (especially HR) ensuring the system is accurately configured and aligned with client needs.
You will be part of the delivery team responsible for ensuring system readiness, user readiness, and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end system implementation (configuration, validation, testing, and go-live support)
- Translate business requirements into effective system configurations
- Perform system testing and validation, including payroll, taxation, and HR components
- Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage and validate data, including data migration and integrity checks
- Collaborate with internal teams (Project Manager, Development, Product)
- Deliver user training and documentation
- Ensure project progress is aligned with timeline and properly tracked
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software implementation or system support
- Experience with HRIS / ERP systems is highly preferred
- Strong client-facing
